Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?

No contracts here! We operate on a flexible month-to-month basis. However, if you opt for the convenience of pre-paying for six months in advance, we do offer a discounted rate.

Absolutely. Our products are eco-friendly and entirely safe for both your pets and the environment.

What happens to the waste after it's removed from my property?

We handle waste disposal responsibly. We double bag the waste and drop it in your trash bin before leaving.

What happens if it rains or snows on the scheduled service day?

We generally work in various weather conditions. However, if conditions pose a risk, we may need to reschedule. Rest assured, we'll do our best to maintain consistent service.

Is your service available year-round in Minnesota?

Yes, we operate throughout the year. However, in the case of inclement weather that poses safety risks for our technicians, we may need to reschedule for everyone's safety. Regarding fresh snow, as it can make locating previous waste challenging, we might need to delay service until the following week to ensure a thorough cleanup. In emergency situations where there's been some snowmelt within the last day, we do offer cleaning services to accommodate urgent needs.

How do I schedule or cancel a service?

Scheduling or canceling a service is hassle-free. You can reach out to us via our contact form, phone, text, email, or simply use our user-friendly online booking system.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No, your presence isn't necessary. Just grant us access to the area, and we'll take care of everything.

Can you work around my pet's schedule or specific needs?

Yes, we strive to accommodate your pet's routine. Let us know your preferences, and we'll do our best to schedule accordingly.

How do you ensure a thorough cleaning of the entire area?

Our trained professionals have a systematic approach to ensure a comprehensive and meticulous cleaning of the designated area.

What are my payment options?

Payments for initial or one time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.
If you move forward with monthly service after an initial cleanup you will be billed for the remainder of the month on your second cleanup. And you will not be charged the inital cleaning fee.
Payments for reoccurring services are due on the first day of each month prior to receiving services.If payments are late you will be subject to a $10 late fee.
If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.
You can easily, and seamlessly link a debit or credit card to your online portal for payment. Also, we are happy to take it over the phone, or in person.
